History of the Parish
By the grace of the Lord, this parish was established in Austin, TX, in 2023, in honor of Blessed St. Ksenia of St. Petersburg. It serves as a mission parish of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside Russia (ROCOR).
For three years, our parish was housed in a regular residential home that we rented specifically for this purpose. Over the last couple of years, we have been searching for a property that would be suitable for a church while remaining within our budget. With God's help, just a month ago, we found a suitable site at a very favorable price.
The purchase price is $500,000, and we have already secured the down payment through our own resources. Now, we are reaching out to the community in Austin, Texas, and beyond, to seek assistance in raising the remaining funds needed.
